WHAT GIVES YOU ENERGY?
For me it’s stretching, resting, working out, playing tennis, laughing, sex, calling a positive friend, loving on my dog, praying, drinking coffee (duh!), and eating a balanced meal; yes, I said balanced! Take the time this weekend to do the things that give you energy. When we identify those activities, thoughts or foods, we tap into a piece of self that wants to emerge. Think of three or four of these and pursue them this weekend. Sharing good energy with others should come natural, but only if you have it to share. Do cartwheels, jump for Joy, skip down the hall or mall, carry a smile on you all day long!
