We love to challenge the heart, mind and body and the weekend is a great time to do that.  Even if you embrace an idea you had been stuffing or press the YES button on an adventure you have been thinking about for years…at least put your thoughts into motion. We get it…life is busy, but if you can, take a moment to ‘TERRIFY YOURSELF”!   Here are some ideas:

  • Wear/ Buy a kickin pair of COLORFUL shoes!  If you want it in brown, pick the POMEGRANATE and OWN IT! It’ll make you smile!
  • Mix hummus with your tuna fish or spread onto a turkey sandwich!  YUMMM! Adding protein and all the YUM flavor of hummus! (I mix 1/4c hummus with can of tuna) NO MAYO NEEDED
