We can choose to dwell on the negative or to focus on the positive. We forget that we actually HAVE a choice when it comes to where we put our thoughts. Take time this weekend to deflect those hurtful comments from others, and only embrace the positive. When you wake tomorrow, tell yourself three things you are thankful for. Do this every morning and watch what happens. You will be amazed at the transformation of your mind AND the improvement in your physical health.
